What You’ll Do

  • Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable, reusable, and high-performance React applications.

  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and visually appealing user interfaces.

  • Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow.

  • Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless interactions.

  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.

  • Lead code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.

  • Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies, trends, and best practices.

  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across multiple browsers and devices.

  • Implement state management solutions using Redux, Context API, or similar technologies.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on React.js.

  • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML, and CSS (SASS/LESS/Styled Components).

  • Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, Zustand, Recoil, or Context API).

  • Deep understanding of React hooks, functional components, and component lifecycle.

  • Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and frontend performance optimization.

  • Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.

  • Experience with modern build tools like Webpack, Vite, or Parcel.

  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and Agile development practices.

  • Knowledge of UI libraries such as Material-UI, Ant Design, or Tailwind CSS.

  • Ability to lead projects, collaborate effectively, and communicate technical concepts clearly.
